Herb Splinskin, a hapless surveyor in Holiday, a retiree community on Florida’s Gulf Coast, loses his job while following his conspiracy theorist leanings. To save the day and his family, Herb must unravel a tangled net of double crossing, arms dealing, and luscious pink carpet, discovering along the way that no one is who he seems to be.
